1. Property Information

All property information is being posted by the property owner/ lister/ letting agent/ state agent/ builder. Shothik Nibash do not give any gurantee with the accuracy of the property information. Please contact the appropriate lister to find out more about the property.

2. Property Images

Although all property images are being approved by the Shothik Nibash team, if you find any inappropriate image within a property listing, please contact us immediately. Shothik Nibash is committed to help everyone to find the perfect home as quickly and easily as possible.

3. Approximate location in Google Map

We have introduced Google Map to display the approximate property location. However, Shothik Nibash cannot gurantee the exact location of the property.

4. Listing your property

Any one can list a property as long as they have registered. When listing your property, make sure to provide accurate information about the property as in this way, you will gain the trust of your customers.

5. Fees

At Shothik Nibash, no fees have been introduced yet. However, if we plan to introduce any fee to list a property, we will notify all of our registered users about the amount of fees applicable.
